Back to the roots, tracing the heart beat of Contact Improvisation (CI)  -

"In this workshop we will approach CI with an open mind and open body, finding what are the fundamentals that support this unique dance form.  

I'm sharing my question of what is the Heart of CI, in its practice and its form, going deep into myself and my love for this dance. We will train our body to be available for the dance to happen, we will work with awareness, depth and a lot of fun"
